History
Just Communication was established in 1998 to respond to an unmet need. At that time obtaining a British Sign Language Interpreter or a Language Service Professional at short notice or in an emergency was near impossible. By introducing information technology to co-ordination, establishing effective communication systems and better managing resources, we revolutionised service provision. With our range of innovative delivery methods, it is now possible to obtain personnel in advance or when most needed.
Agencies who work to statutory deadlines, such as the Police, Courts, Social Services and Health Authorities, were the first to realise the value of our service. Our reputation for flexibility grew and soon attracted a wide range of customers. In 2001, when demand increased dramatically, Just Communication became a Private Limited Company (LTD) to facilitate expansion.
Experience
We are an established provider of British Sign Language Interpreters and Language Service Professionals, with over 10 years experience. From 2001 to 2007 we completed in excess of 33,000 assignments and currently provide services for over 5,500 clients. We have dealt with every conceivable assignment, in every possible domain, in an infinite number of locations. We work with a vast array of public and private sector clients throughout the UK, representing every imaginable profession.
Development
Our pioneering spirit has not diminished and we continue to improve existing provision and develop new services.
We applied our expertise in providing personnel at short notice and in an emergency to assignments requested in advance. Thus we are now able to deal with any assignment, regardless of when the request is made.
We recognised that customers who make regular requests would benefit from a service level agreement and discounted rates. Hence a Contract Rate was introduced, delivering guaranteed service levels at a reduced cost.
We now work with a vast range of trainers and consultants, who can deliver a full range of access solutions. As a result we can enable your organisation to work inclusively with every employee and all customers.
