Facilitating your right to complain

We are sorry you are dissatisfied with the service we have provided. Please tell us why you are unhappy by downloading and filling out a Complaint Form.

Before you send the form, fold it and seal it. You can post the form without a stamp.

You can also make a complaint by letter, video letter or by email: .

We will tell you we have received your complaint in 5 days and we hope to sort out the problem in 28 days.

If you would like further information, please contact the Call Centre and ask for Customer Services. We will try our very best to sort out the issue.
